A lounge area with a common TV and a bar are located in the hall. The hotel is equipped with an elevator easily reachable from the private garage and suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Two different outside parking are situated in front of the entrance and on the street level. The building is surrounded by an accessible garden where the guests can, upon request, enjoy the sun on the loungers.
